BUILDING ON SUCCESS
DesignColumbus 2012 welcomed over 500 registrants, presenters, and volunteers to a full day of continuing education, industry knowledge-sharing, and networking. Attendees had the opportunity to earn GBCI credits by choosing from 16 educational sessions that addressed a broad cross-section of topics, including construction in the Private Sector, Government/Community, Education, and cutting-edge Process. “Our region’s most dynamic and forward-thinking organizations recognize that designing and constructing our buildings to be more efficient, and healthier for occupants, is good for the bottom line” says Tyler Steele, Chair of the USGBC-COH, “and DesignColumbus is an opportunity to showcase real-life examples.”
